We have a number of staff on our bank who can cover your shifts.
All of our staff are highly trained in all of the mandatory care units required by CQC including
- Moving and Handling
- Basic Life Support
- Infection control
- Medication
- Safeguarding
In order to meet CQC regulation 18 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities), care homes must have suitably qualified staff in enough numbers to keep residents safe. Staff must be suitably experienced, qualified and competent and they must be well supported and you must ensure they have access to further learning and qualifications.
We take the headache away and supply you with suitably qualified and experienced staff who will turn up, work their shift and then leave knowing they have worked hard and to the best of their ability to ensure your residents are safe, comfortable and happy.
